8R-GAG (#1) Cessna 206

 Capt. George A Grandsoult acquired This aircraft to replace his Islander which got damaged after landing in Lethem.

This 206 crashed in Dadanawa Rupununni while taking off, hitting a fence at the end of the runway. No one was hurt but the 206 was destroyed

The damaged Islander 8R-GDJ was flown to Ogle where it was Grounded .It can be seen in the hangar behind the 206..

George acquired another Cessna 206 in 1985 8R-GAG #2 (which he disappeared in on a flight to Kamarang on Novemebr 26, 1986) to replace 8R-GAG#1.

This hangar was eventually taken over by Kayman Sankar Aviation to house their Aircraft operation.
