The staff at Guyana Graphic are very saddened to hear of the death of Ms. Gail Ng-A-Kien the wife of retired Motor Racing Champion Clive Ng-A-Kien.

GAIL FERREIRA NG-A-KIEN It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Gail in her fifty-seventh year on November 8, 2013, at Markham-Stouffville Hospital. She will be sadly missed by her beloved husband, Clive, and beloved daughter, Jade. Dearest daughter of the late Agusta and Yuna Ferreira and Maryann Fernandes (the late Carols). Loving sister of Peter, Simone (Robert), Gavin, Michelle and Mark. Daughter-in-law of Clifton and Vivian Ng-A-Kien. Sister-in-law of Diana (William), Lauren (Terrence), Marla (Robin), and Corrine (Ian). She will be greatly missed by all her aunts and uncles and was a special aunt to her many nieces and nephews. Gail will be lovingly remembered by all her extended family and friends.
The family will receive friends at MCEachnie Funeral Home (28 Old Kingston Road, Ajax, 905-428-8488) on Tuesday, November 12, 2013 from 6:00-9:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Isaac Jogues Parish in Pickering on Wednesday, November 13, 2013 at 10:30 a.m.
