Renowned Humanitarian, Ambassador of Peace, United Nations Mentor, and Author Ms. Muriel Glasgow has died.
Formerly with UNICEF for over 30 years, Ms Glasgow worked with Governments, NGOs, and communities in various countries in drinking water, hygiene, and sanitation programs where she designed, developed, and implemented strategies to influence UNICEF policies.
Ms Glasgow worked very closely with communities with experience gained through liaising with business networks like CEO Space and the Women’s Leadership Exchange; Ms. Glasgow collaborates with the private sector and not-for-profits as Board Chair on Advisory Boards
Ms. Glasgow is a co-founder of the Vihara Foundation. She focuses on building and sustaining relationships as the work environment becomes increasingly globalized.. She produces internet radio shows and podcasts on the Yakkers’ Corner, interviewing those involved in socio-economic and humanitarian development.
As a member of the African Renaissance and Diaspora Network, she spearheads the development of an early childhood programme with Imagination/Innovation and Creativity Units (ICUs) where kids under six learn science education, STEM Clubs for Kids An avid humanitarian,
