A motorcyclist was this evening killed after he was involved in an accident in the vicinity of the Zoo and the Guyana Football Club ground. Dead is Yudasram ‘Andy’ Dookhie of 335 16th Street Parfaite Harmonie, West Bank Demerara.
It is reported that the man slammed into a car before landing on the ground He was 42 years old. Dookhie was the father of two sons- 13 years old and nine years old.
His wife said that he was returning home from a work in Kitty, Georgetown when he accident occurred around 6:10 PM.
Eyewitnesses said the motorcyclist’s helmet was broken into fragments and his skull was crushed.
Dookhie was riding north along Vlissengen Road on his bike CG 1314 in the same direction with a truck when he hit the truck and ran into a car, PMM 1003.
